50 Cent Loses Weight for Film, Says Robert “Raging Bull” De Niro is an Inspiration!

50 Cent has lost almost 54 pounds (24.5 kg) in preparation for his role in a self-produced, self-financed film named “Things Fall Apart”. The renowned and popular rapper shocked his fans and had critics rapt in amazement at his quick yet almost unregistered loss of weight.

With the publishing of a picture post his weight-loss by the magazine US Weekly, 50 Cent had sent his fans in a tizzy, with his muscle-strapped body being reduced to that of a slim, sickly looking figure. However, the rapper clarified on a recent TV show that his weight loss was not due to sickness, but had been pre-planned.

He explained that taking a cue from famed actors like Robert De Niro in Raging Bull and Christian Bale in The Machinist, he too lost a lot of weight in order to look right for his part in the film he is producing himself.

In the meantime, unconsciously, 50 Cent has initiated a rage among his followers and fans – especially those who have a waistline they are not exactly proud of. Weight loss supplements and exercise regimens used by the rapper are being sought like diamonds in the rough, and it has made a lot of people who idolized the star to initiate their own weight loss programs.

With most other singers or rappers too conscious about their image or health to experiment, this move from the rapper has enamored many of the harshest critics, especially those who had not approved of him making films of late.

Whether his film succeeds is another story, but his weight loss antics have sure inspired hundreds from his legions!

Weight Loss Surgeries May Prove to be Low-Risk Solutions of Late!

Pro-“Weight loss” surgery claimants have reason rejoice as experts have proven in a recent study that weight loss surgeries are often less risky than what they are made out to be. In the report, it has been mentioned that the lowest rates of complications has been attributed to the surgeons who perform the highest number of such weight loss (or bariatric surgeries) – significant evidence that risks associated with such surgeries were only exaggerated than being life-threatening myths they had been.

Weight loss surgery has become one of the most common operations worldwide, with women and men trying to kick the flab with the help of surgeons rather than exercise. However, the report also states that the effects of the surgeries are not bound to be as great for obese men/women who exercise regularly than for those who do not. Weight loss supplements and slimming pills are also advised to be taken alongside a regular regimen of full body exercise and working out.

The only minor complications that may arise during weight loss surgeries, such as in gastric bypass operations and gastrectomy – are infections. As for the best results, it is only with frequent visits to the doctors’ and regular post-surgery weight loss techniques that you can be in the slim shape that you have attained through the operation.

So if you want to stay in shape, weight loss surgery is not a bad option. But if you do not have regular exercise to complement the same, all of the investment in money, energy or time will go to waste!
