  9. Do not quit your slimming regimen. We need to understand that we are humans and it is obvious that sometimes our schedule can get disrupted but that does not mean that you should quit the entire schedule altogether.
  10. Women should limit their strength training if they want a nice feminine body. Too much of strength training and intense dieting may build up muscles and give your body a masculine appearance that isn’t very attractive.
