Low Carbs & Fats in Diet Leads to Better Weight Loss

Diets can be really torturous on the physique and emotional state of an individual, especially if he/she is obese and has been used to having frequent bouts of fast food and snacks. However, according to experts in the weight loss domain, which includes renowned psychiatrists, low-fat and low-carb diets are the best option to choose from when it comes to slimming down.



Researchers and studies have collectively hinted at low-fat diets being one of the most persistent of weight control methods, but have strongly suggested that it is not the diet that controls the weight – but the strategy that makes the individual stick to the diet!

Low fat diets and low-carb food is what you would need to stay off a chubby waistline and a bulging belly. However, the fact that most of the people who are on a strict diet do not follow through on it on a long-term basis, is the prime reason for obesity sinking in on the populace of late.

The study has also struck the final nail in the coffin of the fat versus carbohydrates debate – and registers the fact that it is the calories and the time period that count – and not the miniscule diet that you focus on.

So, for people who have been on the wrong side of obesity or still are hovering on the same, it is for you to keep dieting till you completely lose the flab, ala Tara Jones or Drew Carey. Otherwise, it will be pretty much the same scenario, even after a year of sporadic ferocious dieting exercises!
